I haven't reviewed the latter, based on paper POCO has better chipset with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Overall it's not really a big difference; like when we talk of camera, the latter may have higher MP on its main camera sensor but I still prefer the flagship-grade camera of Sony IMX890 of the Nord 3 :) It really depends on the features you value the most:
Display - latter, small margin diff
Design - I prefer the Nord 3
Camera - for me it's Nord 3 (I prefer Sony IMX890 :)
Chipset - latter, small margin diff
Price - Nord 3 with higher RAM offer for pricing under 30K :)
Battery - latter, small diff.
Ultra Fast charging - Nord 3
It's 4 vs 3 points for me ;)

One Plus, a thousand times. If you plan to use your cell phone with many files, POCO and any Xiaomi cell phone gives you very strange bugs. One Plus has a cleaner software.
It looks stunning and it's not even a flagship. Good job OnePlus
