I went to Bowie State University with all of the Braxton sisters in 1990, minus Tamar and Tracy. Tamar was 14, and still in high school. We had always heard that Tamar was the most talented. I remember trying to get Toni's phone number as I was walking to class in the fall of 1990, (my freshman year, she was a sophomore) and she politely let me down, and told me that she had a boyfriend. The spring of 1991, she left Bowie State, and signed that deal with LA and Babyface. The rest was history. Her first single would be on the Boomerang soundtrack. All of the Braxton sisters are very sweet and nice people. They are definitely good people. Shout out to Towanda Braxton!

FAKE suicide attempt. Tamar is a Sociopath unfortunately and she pulled that stunt as a way to play victim as always because David was the first to publicly reveal she is an abuser. They dont care who they hurt which is why she publicly shamed her own sister rather than congratulate her. Now her sister is dead. Notice she never takes accountability for hurting others but always claims she is being attacked by everyone else including her mother. She has a serious illness.
