So any Africans who wants to go abroad please study what you are passionate about then come back to Africa and provide employment for locals to get out of poverty and be economically successful.
All over the world developers build luxury housing over low income market rate housing, which is a huge problem. So many people in poverty in Nigeria and they're building this.
Building his nation😂😂😂 basic education, acess to clean running water, acess to reliable and affordable healthcare, infrastructure and paved roads beyond the capital and larger cities, until you can provide your citizens these essential services the mass popullation will continue to dream of a better life or just leaving the country all together.

Another way to view it is: these rich people who bought these houses paid for the employment of hundreds of bricklayers, tilers, plumbers, electricians, painters, etc. About 1/3 of the cost of building is labour, and 2/3 materials, so a lot of material suppliers - those who sell iron, granite, sand, paint, etc were also paid.
I really can't wait to move back to Nigeria. Yes there are security and other issues, but home is home come what may.
