This song really hit me. My mom passed this last year, and she used to always say, "I'm a horrible mother so you won't miss me when I'm dead." But the last 4 years or so she really turned herself around. Actually apologized for what she'd done, tried to be a good Grandma with babysitting and playing. And to watch a pregnant Claire release "You'll miss me when I'm gone." It's. Just a lot. Because I miss my mom. And I feel cheated because we were both too young for her to leave.

I'm an artist who went to college because at the time colleges had access to materials and techniques not easily accessible. Good art is subjective but being an artist is factual.

Grimes is my fave newer artist. I am stuck in 80's and 90's. She is honestly a genius and I love how humble she is. It adds to her class. Much love to Grimes from Vegas! I love this clip likes this, basiclaly raw footage. It reinforces the idea of the whole album concept being about New gods recreating the world on this kind of futuristic tech, as we see in the original cover.
This song, along with her entire album "Miss Anthropocene", has been one of those projects I frequently come home and listen to in my bedroom alone while just feeling numb and depressed with the fact that life is horrible and I'm going to be/feel alone forever. It's like this album sounds like the end of my life.

The song is so beautiful it's almost like otherworldly. Every single sound she samples goes perfectly with the lyrics in this swirling crescendo that really just can't help but make you almost want to cry while you're getting Goosebumps.
Idk about all the crying and goosebumps. But I agree with everything else lol. No judgement. I’m a lifelong metalhead and I can honestly say Ms Anthropocene is a fantastic album and I listen to it all the time but my favorite Grimes song (yes I even have a favorite) is Kill v Maim.

This beat is always in my head and I don't mind being crazy like that, I discovered Grimes in 2011 when I saw her in a magazine and I was drawn to her. Looking her music up consistently. She just has this catchy music that is so awesome and she is really nice. Her style is better then a lot of other artists, It's a style I wish I could emulate. ;P
