- TEZU | Shri Nuney Tayang of Tezu, Lohit District places objection against the allegations labeled by Shri Khunang Kri about the ST status of DCM Chowna Mein via a press bridging dtd. 24/09/22.
He further stated that the comments made by Khunang Kri are his own and does not at all represents and shares the common view of the Mishmi Community. He strongly objected to the views expressed by Khunang Kri and stressed that Mishmi and Khamti communities haved lived in harmony since ages and hence one should not try to flare communal tension between the two major tribes with half-baked knowledge of facts.
