Thank you so much for posting this! My husband will be beginning dialysis in near future so it's helpful to give us a sense of space, how to manage things at home. God bless you and I hope you get a transplant soon!
Thank you for the information. Didn't know how it worked and exactly how you were doing it at home. Praying 🙏 for you and your husband. Hugs and blessings ❣️💞
I will be praying for you! My sister does home dialysis too. She has been a type 1 diabetic for 50 years (diagnosed at 6). She is trying to gain weight & strength after breaking her femur and enduring 4 hip replacements (same hip). She needs to be more mobile and strong to be back on the transplant list. As I pray for her I’ll remember to pray for you- it’s a lot to go through! Dialysis takes so much energy, the doctor told me it’s like 8 hours of hard labor for every 3 hours a body receives dialysis. But I praise God for dialysis- it’s truly a life saver! 🌸You have everything organized so well. I’m glad you have a supportive husband- my brother-in-law is great too! I’ll be praying for you both and for a transplant soon!💕
SO sorry about your sister, I will remember her in my prayers as well. I've had quite a few surgeries, and it's always a struggle for me to regain my strength, so I can't imagine trying to do that while going through dialysis too!
Thank you for sharing your journey. I know how difficult and emotional this is, but I hope to encourage you in that I am walking on the otherside of the journey being born with severe kidney dysfunction. I have been through a couple transplants in my life, and now I am a grandmother and living life to the best I can. I love to decorate my home too, and enjoyed watching your videos. I understand the fatigue and the energy it takes to do things. It takes time for your body to adjust. I will keep you in my prayers. May the God of all comfort sustain and strengthen you, and help you moment by moment. Blessings, Suzanne
