This easy 1 minute chocolate chip cookie recipe is the perfect snack or can be easily shared with someone for a quick dessert! 1 minute chocolate chip cookies are made in one bowl, eggless, and quickly baked in the microwave within 1 minute. You can easily switch out the milk to your favorite milk for this 1 minute cookie recipe. This quick cookie recipe is great if you do not feel like making and baking numerous cookies or having a big mess to clean up. Make sure to let this 1 minute chocolate chip microwave cookie cool for 5 minutes after removing carefully from the microwave since it will be really soft.
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp milk
5 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp (or more) chocolate chips
Place on a piece of parchment paper and bake in the microwave for 1 minute.
*Since all microwave wattages are different, if the chocolate chip cookie does not look done, microwave for 5- 10 seconds longer.

i wasnt gonna comment here before making this for the first time, but upon trying it, it was delicious. ive made a lot of microwave recipes and none were as good as this cookie recipe. there was no flour taste and the cookie was soft, warm and chewy. i highly recommend waiting 5 min to cool and using smaller chocolate chips. shared it with my brother and he loved it too. amazing recipe!

I just made this. I didn't have chocolate chips, so I substituted chopped pecans. It did bake it in my Ninja 10 in 1 for about 15-20 minutes. I should have done it at 400 for less time. I'll know for next time. It was delicious!

How do you measure fractions of measurements like table spoons or tea spoons ect? Are there more accurate measurements or just guess work, it's like saying use 1 golf balls worth of flour, half a leaf worth of butter ect, is there any real measurements? Or just facsimiles?
Hey! I find it difficult to measure anything other than teaspoons or tablespoons, but you could search for it online. Is there an ingredient you would like less of?
