Brake dust is only an indication that your pads are performing normally, in fact if you dont see the dust..it means either theyre ceramic based or the brakes arent seating properly and need service. Dust also means you havent washed your car in a while...
You can leave the caliper and pass on and in bolt the 6mm hex to loosen the rotor so it doesn’t spin then once you have the 6 mm bolt of you can dis assemble the brake pads and caliper mounting bracket. You don’t need to use that impact tool but it would be nice to have one

Are those Rotors going the right way? If so I put mine on backwards

Are all the e46 break discs the same ? Will they all fit each other ??
