This type of auto reloader is bad. Basicalky you are giving up rammer and adrenaline to shoot a second shell once in a great while. I would rather have a normal, faster firing single shot than a gimped single shot that can sometimes fire twice. This is why the Bisonte sucks compared to something like the Shark.
Vipera is not underrated. It's just too similar like CC 64 so not really much point in buying it. Also playstyle is not that much fun. Also tier VIII is not really a tier you want to play a lot. Tier X is for that.

Tie 8 mt max hp only 1300 I don't think it balance compare to 1800 hp heavy.
