2023 Cass Scenic Parade of Steam

Only eight months late. My footage of the 2023 Cass Scenic Parade of Steam. This is an annual event that brings tens of thousands to the small town of Cass, WV. Shays 2, 4, 5, and 11 were out in full force in addition to Moore and Keppel Co. Climax 9. I left out some repetitive footage of the locomotives backing up to the station and some of the single run-bys. Thanks for watching.

Some more information on the different locos would have been aprreciated. For me it's just a lot of smoke and noise for nothing.. no trains attached to the locos, just up and down the track.

So each year cass brings out all of their operating locomotives and parades them up and down for every one to watch, the engines are Shay’s 2, 4, 5, and 11 also climax 9
