    Beautiful PC, but I install in it black fans Arctic P14 pmw/pst, revision four, as powerful as Noctua but quieter! I say this because I have Noctua NF-A14 PWM fans, noisy even with LNA mounting, I replaced them all with fans from Arctic Cooling, P14 pmw/pst!

      Yes, the two fans are completely different! At the moment, the Noctua NF-A12x25 is the best 120mm fan I'd like to recommend. Definitely go for it!

    Do we need the top exhaust fan when a good air cooler(Deepcool Ak500) insatalled?? please reply

    • @SNAPSHOTREVIEW
      @SNAPSHOTREVIEW  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends on your CPU and GPU.
      The air cooler interacts with the graphics card temperature.
      Therefore, the hot air could stay in the PC case chamber if the exhaust fan is insufficient. If the heat is not exhausted properly, it's really not good.
      Maybe... the RTX 3060ti or 3070 would be enough for a rear exhaust fan.
      The better you use a good fan, the more effective it is.
      I hope this helps.
      Cheers!

      @SNAPSHOTREVIEW  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your comment!
      AIO is perfect but NH-U12A is also great for it if undervolted.
      Moreover, it depends on how much we use the 13700K power draw.
      Thanks a lot❤

    For anyone using this as a build guide and want to save some money I would get a 12400f or 13400f because those cpus don’t bottleneck the gpu

    • @SNAPSHOTREVIEW
      @SNAPSHOTREVIEW  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! It depends on the power draw you use and undervolting.
      Noctua U12A works pretty well under 200W as the maximum power draw.

Getting a 13700K on a Strix Z790-F soon. Also getting the Thermalright contact frame. Looks like the cooler is enough, which I'm glad about.

      Thanks for your comment!
      I guess the range of DARK ROCK PRO 4 is slightly similar to U12A and D15.

    Hi, Since in your build an air cooler can handle the 13700KF undervolted, so it is possible to easily handle normal 13700 (non K) with factory setting as well?
    Rightnow I'm planning to buy a normal 13700 and many people told me that heat between normal 13700 and 13700K is like heaven and hell. Some of my friends even claimed that may be normal air cooler is already enough, no need to buy hi tier cooler like Noctua or Dark rock pro.
    I work in architecture design/render-visualization field, so there will be a time when I need to render something and have my CPU run at high or 100% usage and in that moment I want CPU temp not more than 80-85c, is it possilble with normal air cooler or I need a hi tier one or even AIO?
    Thanks!

    • @SNAPSHOTREVIEW
      @SNAPSHOTREVIEW  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! Thanks for your comment!
      I've checked some thermal data and I think the temperature range of both CPUs is almost the same if we talk about the maximum power draw.
      Based on Cinebench R23, the package power of the 13700 is around 240W.
      For using a normal air cooler, you should set the power limit surely.
      However, if you like to run it under high load frequently, maybe a big boy can be necessary. Anyway not much result data currently, we need to check more💜🖤
      Cheers👍👍

    • @Schw3inste1nger
      @Schw3inste1nger ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SNAPSHOTREVIEW Hi, Thanks for answer!.
      Set the power limit mean limit PL2 like you did right?
      Rightnow I start to look in to those chonky big boy like Noctua D15 (I saw some people mention that D15 is hard to put inside normal case) or Thermalright PA120/Frost140 (I really like PA120 in you latest build!, all black with PA120 is sol sleek!).
      At first I was looking to Deepcool Ak620, however I saw a lot of people mention about weird humming noise, so rightnow I think may be Noctua or Thermalright is the best choice for me.

    • @SNAPSHOTREVIEW
      @SNAPSHOTREVIEW  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! When I use an air cooler for the high TDP CPU, I usually apply the same value to PL1 and PL2 both.
      Yeah!! Those are really great stuff you mentioned! Thermalirght PA120 is expecially good for Intel 13th gen, not that big difference from D15 either, just difference in noise. Recommned the PA120!
      Cheers!

      I'm glad you mentioned this, I have a 13700 non-K and I thought it was a defect in mine because it raised the temperatures so much compared to a 13700K, by default its original value in PL2 is 219W but it reaches 100º in a few seconds with the cinebench, I had to lower the PL2 to 170W, I have lost 3000 points but I keep the temperature below 90º, so I must think that the 13700 no K gets much hotter than a K

    This is exactly the video I have been looking for. Nice shots and detailed info of a clean build. I currently have a NZXT H500 Black and Red with noctua chromax U12S cooler and case fans with red anti vibration pads. I really wanted to see how something similiar would look like in the flow version and I finally found a great example, the blackout build is sick too but maybe I'll bring the red cable bar from the H500 to the new case if I end up buying the H5 Flow. I need a case upgrade(and maybe a cpu cooler as well) because my new 5900x that I got on sale reaches high temps. Sadly everything is overpriced right now

    awesome build ! I am considering the same cpu cooler combo \ how complicated is undervolting?

    • @SNAPSHOTREVIEW
      @SNAPSHOTREVIEW  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks a lot 👍👍
      Undervolting, it's really NOT that complicated if you use "OFFSET VALUE".
      1. Prepare "HWINFO" it's the.. thermal monitoring programme
      2. CPU stress tool - Cinebench or AIDA64 both are okay! this controls CPU to reach high load conditions.
      3. BIOS - DEL key for getting in, find "Global Core SVID Voltage (Adaptive), Offset should be "minus", I guess you can start from "- 0.05 V" for the safe reason.
      That's it! You can change the offset value, logging windows, run CPU stress tool and monitor thermals on HWINFO simultaneously!
      You can find more information about how to undervolt (offset)!
      Cheers ❤

      It's surely mandatory to undervolt core voltage for using an air cooler on the 13700KF.
      Cos it cannot cover thermals of it, especially Cinbench or AIDA64 which used the maximum power draw.
      However, it's pretty good in-game, of cause it depends on your games.

    Looks neat. So I'm looking to build a pc rn. I'm not sure about going for 13600kf or 13700kf. Pared with the noctua NH-U12a. It will probably be in a torrent nano case so less space there. You think I will be fine for both cpu options here? For painting the entire picture I'm going for a 3070ti gpu. And i won't be doing overclocking.

      Hi! Thank you so much :)
      I've never used the Torrent nano version but it seems to be okay with both CPUs and the NH-U12A. However, it depends on your graphics card, maybe you need to do undervolting CPU. If you want to go easy, I think the 13600K would be a better choice.

      상단 배기 3개는 사실 공랭 빌드에 더 좋지 않아서 전면에 가까운 1개 팬은 제거하는게 더 좋습니다.
      흡기는 많으면 많을 수록 좋아요. 대신 먼지가 엄청 많아지기 때문에 선택을 해주셔야 합니다.
      H7 FLOW면 140mm 쿨링 팬이 다 지원되므로 전면 3개 (혹은 중간으로 몰아서 2개), 상단 2개 (최대한 뒷쪽에 붙여서), 후면 1개면 충분합니다.

      Hi! I fully understand that...
      Compared to the H5 Flow, the front panel is blocked so it's not good for cooling.
      If you use a high-power draw GPU or CPU, I think it would surely be better to buy the H5 Flow.
      I guess it depends on which PC parts you're using and how much power you use as well.

    Such a beautiful build! And I love the way you present it all. I'm considering taking some of these parts for my upcoming first build, or straight up using this exact setup. I've been wanting the new i7, but read it couldn't be air cooled (which I'd prefer over liquid). And now this pops up! Was it more the fan setup or the fans themselves that allowed for proper cooling? And would heavy/prolonged rendering drastically change the temperatures?

    • @SNAPSHOTREVIEW
      @SNAPSHOTREVIEW  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Appreciate your comment! Thanks, Thanks!
      It's difficult to use in the default condition but works pretty well when we undervolt the i7.
      More or bigger cooling fans, better cooling up to a certain level but the noise level goes up.
      Depends on your satisfaction.
      Well, the thermals surely depend on the CPU's TDP during rendering time.
      Generally, 170~180W should be enough even air-cooled, I use Davinci Resolve and it's within 170W.
      I hope this helps.

    That's a awesome build! I also got new 13700k with NH-U12A recently. How's the CPU temperature performance of yours? Normally it's about 42°C of my CPU. When I run cinebench r23 of multi, the score is only around 21000. I think it is lower than average and maybe some setting is wrong. By the way, my case is FD Meshify 2 compact, so maybe it's not case's problem.

    • @SNAPSHOTREVIEW
      @SNAPSHOTREVIEW  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you so much!
      For the temperature you asked, please check 05:10 in that video.
      Cinebench R23 multi: 89°C on 203W power draw, I guess the score was over 30000.
      Your Cinebench score and temp are abnormal... check two stuff..
      1) I guess that there are very low values on PL1 PL2 power limits, you have to check this first man. (PL1 and PL2 should be over 200~210W at least)
      2) Check the power draw when you run Cinebench R23, typically it should be over 200W in any cases...
      Maybe I can help you, please try and let me know 👍
