It's been years. I'm still running my Umlindi as my daily driver. Love everything about it and continue sending people your way when they ask about it. :) Takes a beating, keeps on going.

I know I'm a slow learner on certain things......... It finally clicked for me how the HPG load bearing system works after watching this video! I looked at a couple others specific to my Ute pack, made some adjustments and went for a fairly rugged day hike with about a medium load for me. Best my Ute has fit since I got it (either 1 or 2 years, can't remember). Anyway, I'm just tickled how well the HPG system works. Thank you so much for great equipment and your patient way of driving home the concepts of how to use it. Slow folks like me need all the help we can get. Now to get some more good use out of this pack this year..............

I'm glad you stuck with it! We try to explain clearly enough every chance we get, but there's no substitute for explaining it in person like we do in the store.

Excellent guidance. It's not always so obvious to us.

4 minutes of black at the end - Did I skip a marvel post credits scene?

Is it an issue to have a gap between your shoulder blades and the pack if you aren't rocking a belt? No matter how I adjust my umlindi there is always a gap

I'm not certain what you mean by gap. It could be exactly the way it is supposed to be, or you could need to adjust it differently. If you send a couple of pictures to info@hillpeoplegear.com we'll get you sorted out.
