Necessary material.
1000 grams, leek.
2 fresh red peppers.
3 green peppers.
1 carrot.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 large potato.
3 tablespoons of olive oil, 35 ml.
190 grams, ground beef.
1 tablespoon tomato paste, 30 grams.
juice of 1 lemon.
1 grated tomato.
3.5 classic glasses of water, 700 ml.
1/2 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, 5 grams.
According to your desire, black pepper and mint.
1/2 tablespoon of salt, 8 grams.
