She is not replica of the April kit she is a stolen counterfeit. The company selling this doll have stolen the work of the artist who made the April kit and are now trying to profit off of it. Buying these kind of babies hurts the doll industry as well as the sculptors who spend months creating these pieces of art. Without sculptors there would be no adorable babies even for counterfeits to take.

I had to leave a comment..since I just found watermelon peeps and fell in love with them. 🤪 I’m from California, and a “dolly person”. I paint and root them for my own pleasure, it’s my hobby. I saw your replica April doll, it’s one of my favorites sculpts, and I had to leave a comment. I now understand how the temu and aliExpress dolls are so affordable. They really aren’t like reborn’s at all…more like the dollies we grew up playing with thru the 1960’s and 70’s. Once you have a reborn, you get hooked…they have painted veins and capillaries, dimensional painting, and they feel like real babies. They are also soft bodied and weighted realistically. But it’s that same cuteness that will catch your eye, no matter where you buy your dolls. I painted my April kit about 3 years ago? Maybe? I’ve painted about 70+ of them…the “when” gets a little fuzzy in my memory. But you really seemed to enjoy this little doll, and that is the beauty of the hobby…we all “get” the cuteness of them. My daughter was into football cards, hot wheels, and ninja turtles…I wanted to give her American dolls…she just shook her head at me. Booo. I just rediscovered my love for dolls when Sabrina asked for An American girl doll and wanted a you tube channel. But as my love has grown hers has dwelled. She loved going to the Store in Orlando and picked out about a dozen dolls she wants. And she loves rescuing and cleaning them from the thirft store. But then she gives them to me to take care of.

You're gonna wanna cut the zip tie off and then feed a new one through the channel in the fabric and loop it losely into itself then put the doll head back into the hole in the neck and tighten the zip tie around the channel in the vinyl, then you just clip off the access zip tie :) hope this helped!
You can easily make her into a reborn. Get her a cloth body and weigh her. I purchased the laura doll from Temu. Havent gotten hervyet hopefully next week.
