5:00 that is a Sherman, but a different type of Sherman, those types of Sherman have a special area for the gasoline to be stored, it wouldn't shoot the flames out of the main cannon, it would shoot the flames out of a secondary cannon beside the main cannon.

To charakters on the fantasy side of gate: This was war on the other side, before gate showed up, so many died that people wants as much peace as possible and this is how their war looks like.
