Most of college teacher gives only notes for exam not for knowledge .Same note uses every year .No new idea no innovation .Shame .They gets highest salary in the society but no contribution to the society .Busy only buying luxury car -house etc .

If you compare the side of education professor are highly educated but practically most of them are unable to give proper education, they ignore some relevant fact which are very imp. For gain a proper knowledge about that topic .. mere ko lagta hain usko hi pata nhi hai sayd the real fact is. No doubt some professor are well , smart and teaching methods are ultimate....
On the other hand ... ACS are qualiti educated person , you can say a genius ! They gain knowledge not only from one sub. But they gain knowledge from every sector which are highly needed not only for a civil servant but also to make a better person in every field of society , government, for youth also .

Assistant Professor's are much better that ACS cader officers in job rank, salary slab. An ACS does only official assignments but an Assistant Professor educates and nourishes the young adults of the society. Assistant Professors who are of Unreserved category are very sharp and educated minds.

As if ACS officials are free from corruption......they enjoy power but lick the boot of politicians.
They make huge money by taking bribes from people irrespective of economic conditions.
Assistant professors are atleast doing their job without doing makkari.
Assam has more than enough ACS officers....we have enough graduate candidates to do the Administrative job but Assam needs more number of quality teachers PhD holders from Schools to Universities & Medical Colleges .
You should atlst mention Income tax deduction.. I.e, around 8-9k..
