    Thank you, I started the whole robotic affirming thing with a counter and two things occurred- one my bad headaches returned and 2 it brought about a sort of mania where what I was affirming was the only thing going through my head to absolute stress levels like a train out of control....it was not pleasant and I won't be touching it again EVER.....nothing wrong with happy thoughts and happy fantasy daydreams and developing the feelings we want internally.....but dear God never again with the focused robotic affirming - and before this I have really great harmony and peace in my mind - it can be silent for good lengths of time among other things (also I can think and say two different things at the same time, be reading and speaking out loud whilst thinking an entirely different thing - so the whole the brain can't do both (which I'd been told before) is nonsense......I really needed to hear this video today, it really came at the right time and I'm gonna carry on watching, let myself cry it off with the amount of stress I put myself through, take a bath and a couple of nights off from everything - thank you, you are just what my inner self needed right now - lots of love ❤❤❤❤❤

      I literally agree with everything you wrote! I never understood when people said you can't do both either. My mind can have 4 different things happening at one time! Focused affirming with counters, etc is frustrating as hell🤦🏽‍♀️😂

      I thought it was just me who got headaches and felt the mania! I never was obsessed before and then it got so hard to comfortably manifest anything. Why would I be doing this if I did naturally feel and accept I have my desire? It makes sense logically, but also doesn't? Plus, let's say if I'm doing the dishes and robotically affirming, am I not thinking of multiple things at once to begin with? I get the intention, but I think it's ultimately an attempt to shortcut being mindful. That's why I feel there's many people who haven't had longer term success with certain desires or have success once they do it in a focused manner/combine it with nervous system regulation practices.
      Hope you've reclaimed your peace! This channel is perfect for that.

      @@sweettee121 I have and have found my own way of doing things, my heads under control and I do what I enjoy now, instead of it being work its now fun - and I think that's the key - firstly understanding just how powerful you are and taking some time out before conscious manifesting to notice how your thoughts affect life.....when you notice it, it becomes easier, then you know you're the one steering the ship, then finding your own way that makes you happy.....if it feels right, it is. Thats about as simple as I can put it. Lots of love ❤

    I am half way through. And i just want to summarize all of it by saying simply being satisfied/content is just the answer to everything. Lol i learned this shortly after being introduced to your page. For me, “more being” was like the final piece to the puzzle. Even though i am an avid Abraham Hicks fan i now get what ALL of the teachers are trying to teach us… including yourself.
    We are just modern day teachers of the same principles. Being 30 something i realized i been waisting like 3 yrs for some grand manifestation when really they have been happening all along.
    We want the desire for the feeling anyway. So just focus on the accomplishment of the feeling and you will be cool with life.
    It’s sort of a feeling of detachment. But at the same time “its done” so no need in repeating it into existence lol.
    Ok my favorite affirmation is “everything is always working out for me” “things work out for me all the time” “the possibilities are endless” “i always have more than enough”
    Wow. Ok. Finally towards the end and you literally said everything i said here 😂.
    So cool. Love when i get confirmations

    You made me realize I’m doing mental diet correctly. I no longer just flip thoughts mindlessly like I did in the very beginning. I actually take the observer roll. It’s so easy for me to tell what thought is messing with me or what state is appearing and I can tell where it’s coming from. Me doing mental diets have drastically changed my inner conversations and I always know how to redirect it. Some negative inner conversations really be trying to find ways to finish the conversation haha they are pretty sly lol

      Yeah, this is so awesome now that I’m getting the hang of it. Instead of aimlessly affirming the opposite and forcefully flipping, I stop and pay attention. It is so much easier and less stressful.
      I don’t have an internal monologue so I verbalize the exact thought that bothers me. Then I list the assumptions and decide that it doesn’t make logical sense given what my reality is.

    ooh so excited i finally got to watch this one!
    i love that last neville quote on robotic affirming bc i think it sums up the problem i have with it; it just doesn't make me feel like what i'm manifesting is a natural part of my life. i definitely did see short-lived movement when i was big on robotic affirming, but i will say that i only saw that movement when i wasn't obsessing over it. i think robotic affirmations definitely can be useful for me sometimes (e.g. for something i'm nervous about but not particularly bothered by, like an exam or something), but i personally find the most success when i just keep a clean mental diet and affirm only when i happen to think of what i'm manifesting. anyways love this video!!

      I've had a similar experience, but with little success from it even. Glad you found something that works. I do also like some meditative sessions with affirming, but that's more for my overall well-being at this point even.

    I LOVE robotic affirmations but I cannot use it for manifesting a text message or an SP, and I use robotic affirmations to not make me feel obsessed or focused on lack so yeah TECHNIQUES WORK DIFFERENT FOR EVERYONE someone may prefer vanilla over chocolate but that doesn't take away from it's yummyness

    Queueing up to watch this today and excited from the comments alone! We discussed robotic affirming in my coaching with you and i have to say the pressure to do it from the LOA community is real! But thankfully, more coaches, like you, are talking about how its not for every one in every circumstance, especially if it's mentally detrimental. Then they tell you if youre not seeing results and you're mentally suffering, do it even more and go harder if you really want it. It's pretty concerning actually and i hope more people will be aware that affirmations can be super helpful, but that robotic affirming isnt the only way.

    I remember when I first started my manifestation journey and I slept with an affirmation tape for the first time. I don’t think I ever spiraled that badly. I felt so horrible after I woke up. It felt like I was psychologically vomiting. There’s also a common theme of having very strange dreams when listening to them. I’ve had a few involving my SP.

      I chose not to carry on with it. But I listen to a short personalized “you are” tapes for my self-concept issues, and one about my SP whenever I start slipping away from the fulfilled state.
      It feels much better for me to hear it consciously and take deep breaths. I’ll hear it once or twice until I feel better, and then I drop it.
      I use the night to do sats.

      Everytime I have done SATS it gave me horrible dreams same goes for listening to sleep tapes. My brain freaks our:(

      thank you 😊 & of course! basically affirming with a lot of passion/conviction (usually until you’ve worked yourself up into a good feeling state). following the flow to the next good feeling thought. i usually do it out loud, but you can totally do it by thought alone!

    do you have any tips for someone who manifests well, but once the manifestation arrives they get scared and accidentally push it away? after a manifestation comes true it feels odd for me, though it happens fairly often, and i’m unable to fully appreciate it because my mind says “…now what?”. i find it hard to maintain what i work hard for because i get excited or i start overthinking, and it’s caused me to miss a lot of opportunities in the past, if that makes sense
