I love bamboo shot. When I was a child I used to go and find some bamboo shots with my father in the jungle near by my village. I miss my love in the countryside.
I feel like living this way would lead a much more happy life....home cooking meals, self picked ingredients, fresh nests&poultry, eco friendly set up... I’d be grateful to live in this place & have this privilege 😌

The people of the western hemisphere resisted it just because. Had they pioneered it ,they would have shoved it down our throats whether we like to or not , much like their sodas .
