In today's video, I will give you a tour of famous Chorao Island in Goa. We will take the ferry and cross the mandovi river. The ferry starts early in the morning at 6:00 am and the last ferry is at 2:00 am in the morning.
We will also explore the interiors of Chorao island, see a beautiful place with greenery all around, paddy fields.
I will also take you to Cafe Sushant where we will try the Patal Bhaji and Poi.
Chorao Island also has the beautiful Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary which open at 6:00 am in the morning. You can take the first ferry and
plan a wonderful getaway to this island, visit the bird sanctuary, explore the island interiors, try the local cafe.
I also tasted the bhutta which was excellent and its a match made in heaven during monsoon. In the end, i wanted to visit BOMBAY BITES,
DE SHAWARMAZ KIOSQUE and try some of their specialties, but I was too full and ended up trying the Arabic Shawarma which was grilled
and chicken momos. They also have the Puri Shawarma which is something new I have come across in Goa. They are also known for
Chicken Burgers and other chinese dishes.
So, plan a short Getaway to this island and have a wonderful time with your family and friends.
