Trust me, he does a lot more reps then that. The guy wasn't handing him the weights either, he was spotting him for his last couple of reps (holding his wrist/elbows.)

Im a "Natural body builder,& respect the hard work put into training, but I do have issues with Steroid users, its a form of cheating yourself,its like working hard on a G.E.D & getting paid like a drug dealer,it also is short lived like a dealer,these guys work hard too,but there gains are mass produced,live fast die fast,do it right & have longevity & clean living...the song rocks!!!!
@xsergiogx you can't be that big, and train that hard without causing damage to your body. i'm not hating at all - i'm still very very impressed with their passion, dedication and results!
@Yaqidh besides fighters of course. Hands down fighters have to work harder to be the best. I do both and I can say without a doubt my MMA training is MUCH more difficult

That's actually a common thing to do in the bodybuilding world. I hear it has great protein and it's already digested so your body can absorb it faster than whey.

Great video. However, it bothers me when people refer to bodybuilders as athletes. I have tremendous respect for bodybuilders, and I am currently pursuing bodybuilding after finishing my final season of college football, although bodybuilding is not a sport, it is more of an activity or a lifestyle. Sports like football, hockey, MMA, and as much as I hate to say it, even basketball require athleticism--lifting weights does not.

@00SoldierofFortune00 true, but everyone has different genes and different types of body build. just because u work out and eat right doesnt mean its a guarantee ur going to outlast other people. u never know wut u might find out the next day, regardless u work out or not. i love working out and doing cardio, but im not going to think or assume that just because i eat right and work out that im going to be in a better position than people that dont work out.
Lee Priest and Dorian Yates had the best form out of anyone, notice how they utilize a good full range of motion in their lifts really targeting those muscle fibers to the fullest. I guess some people believe when you ingest and inject massive amounts of steroids that the drugs will make up for sloppy form.
@exonthebeast Nothing personal, but I don't think I should say that on youtube. I will say that I was fortunate enough to enjoy 4 years playing for a well-respected 1AA program, and I'm going to miss it like hell.
