    Glad to see you guys do unboxing videos so I never need to!👀😮😉🤣

      Cheers mate. I only worry it might take away the element of surprise when people come to open their own kit. 😁

      I think it actually helps people realize what's not included so they can be more prepared, at least that's why I mostly watch.

      @@GrumpyOldManRC That's right mate. Although I usually don't mention what is not included in unboxings but rather focus on what is included. When I do the build video I like to show what additional parts I'm using, such as radio, bearings, motor, ESC. 👍

    when they re-issue this, I hope it's FRP, prefer it over carbon for some reason

      I doubt they will as so many like the carbon but you just never know, maybe they will. 🙂👍

    I found that very interesting looks a pretty decent kit! I am getting a Top Force soon it will be my first top force! Yes l am a Top Force virgin as by time 1991 l was out of the hobby! I won it on Tamiyaclub so not sure when its arriving but can't wait to get started! I will look forward to you building yours and look out for any tips and tricky bits!
    Great kit these and buggy looks sweet as a nut! The 100 on the box is a nice touch! You going boxart buddy? I plan to keep it simple and will probably go with an older black sport tuned and tamiya esc! I have runners cars so it will be more shelf queen but l will run it lightly at some point! I will definitely go boxart too! It will look nice on display with its box😉 But one thing!!! l wish tamiya could put a little more effort into the kits presentation! I know it makes no difference to anything but just makes it more special like of old! Maybe just a little section with blister packs and some pics of the buggy in action inside the box! Back in the day l remember looking at the inside of the box with just as much amazement as the awesome boxart on the outside! Oh well lol that's enough of that! Great vid catch you later😉👍

      This is also my first Top Force. When they came out I had changed to Kyosho buggies, so never really looked at the Top Force. They do seem pretty decent and going by my Manta Ray and Dirt Thrasher (same thing) they don't seem to need a lot of upgrades for the average driver. I have an alloy motor mount coming for this one, that will be the only thing I change on it. For sure, this one will be full box art mate. I thought about the box presention too but figured it's 99% plastic so there isn't much to show off in a blister pack. 😂. I guess they could have laid out the ball diffs, motor, swing shafts and so on. I know what you mean, it's much nicer to see than a box of bits. I was going to start this build today, but I forgot that I'm waiting on the motor mount. So it might have to wait till the end of the week. Thanks for the support mate! 👍

      @@RCHobbyShed l have the bell hit so will see you build it for a heads up unless my TF gets here first lol😉those ball diffs look interesting to assemble l have had ball diffs only once before and that was on a Hpi.
      I really do not have much knowledge on the Top Force and that makes it more interesting l think! Hell the other day found out tamiya made a XB Top force....the Neo Top Force...different car totally though but still has the family name!
      I have a big gap in years in the hubby but thought I still new everything Tamiya had released!
      1983-1989 then again 2008-present day!
      I bet you have similar years in the hobby it seems we all have been infected for life by this hobby!
      Great stuff catch you later👍

      You might have yours done first 😂. I have to wait for my motor mount to come, although I could just build it and change the mount later, I'd prefer it was all done at once. Oh yeah the Neo Top Force is quite different. There is some gaps in my RC years too. I also started in around 83-84 and up to around 89-90, from around 1998-till now it's been all go. So I guess there has only been a few years in the early 90's I didn't do much. I'm also infected! 😁👍

      @@RCHobbyShed lol there's no cure either! Yeah the 80s cars will always be my big passion but got to say it's the 90s cars l am finding really interesting at the moment! Like a new fire burning almost you could say! Cheers buddy,

      @@mad-beerc3818 Lol, true. There is no cure! I too am looking more at 90's cars now... and 70's, 80's, 2000's 😂🤣.

    Metal dog bones etc!
    That looks like a quality kit mate.
    I'm looking forward to the build and to see how it performs.
    Are you going all out with a brushless set-up or going with brushed?
    Thanks for the video mate 👍🦘🇦🇺

    • @RCHobbyShed
      @RCHobbyShed  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeah mate they're a pretty decent kit. I still haven't decided what motor/ ESC I'll run, maybe I'll go brushed and use a TBLE-02S and either the Tamiya Sport Tuned motor or Super Stock RZ. 👍

      I like the TBLE-02S, haven't tried it with a brushless motor yet, I'm pretty happy running tamiya on brushed so I don't go too crazy and destroy the buggy haha.

    • @RCHobbyShed
      @RCHobbyShed  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@outbackrcaustralia4895 I think they're great too, never had a single issue with the TBLE-02S's. I've never run a brushless motor with them either, only ever brushed. I hear ya mate, I'm happy to run brushed too most of the time, it's always a bonus if the car isn't busted after a run. 😁👍

      Yeh tamiya are in a class of their own I think, it's a laugh to show people the Arrma's thrashing across the paddock at 50mph then run my vintage Hotshot or Blazing Star flat out at 15kph and they still look cool and make us laugh 👍
      I have a new TBLE-02S from My Wild One that constantly blinks a green light and won't run, Any ideas on how to reset it or what might be the problem???
      It worked just driving in the house a couple of times then stopped working.
      I can't find any info on flashing green led.
      Cheers 🍻🦘🇦🇺

    • @RCHobbyShed
      @RCHobbyShed  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For sure, they're no match for an Arrma but they're cool in their own right. Hmm flashing green TBLE-02S, I have read a couple of things about them. I'll see if I can test one today and let you know. One thing you could try is check your throttle trim is at zero when you turn it on. Another thing is try pressing the set button once while it's flashing, it could be waiting to confirm brushed mode.
      I will look into it some more and let you know what/if I find something. 👍
