Good day sir,
Please I have a question,
You talked about, what goes on on the inside reflect on the outside, and that when you hear some people talking, you can tell that there are fighting something or someone by what there are saying even while preaching. My question is, how can someone correct the damage or problem he has created by speaking out of the bitterness in his heart to a Loved one or group of people who had nothing to do with why he is feeling bitter on the inside??

If you would permit me, in my view for such a situation, I think one can repent of the act privately before God and if circumstances allow, go a step further to apologize to those who were at the receiving end of the hurtful words spoken and if necessary, explain to them them that you were more or less, lashing out due to being angry or bitter regarding something or someone else in a case of transferred feelings.
