I hate how live music uses tracks to much these days. I do like this band a lot. But its a case of doing so much in the studio, its very difficult to replicate it live combined with the fact that audiences just don't expect musicianship anymore; they just want to be entertained. I guess I am an old fashioned fella.
I'm with you. I hate when they do things in the studio they can't replicate live, specifically when you only employ a single guitarist and lay multiple guitar tracks down. Though if they insist on doing that, I do prefer them using backing tracks live to leaving it out altogether. Now is the time for them to hire a solid guitar-playing power metal vocalist to round out the band. Or at least hiring a touring guitarist. I saw them live and very much enjoyed it, but the guitar wasn't loud enough IMO and they could definitely have used another.

Chasebus Monster Of Rock is famous for the show 1991 in Moscow. Biggest concert that ever happened with over a million people. With AC/DC, Pentara, Metallica and a couple of more bands
well, this shows exactly that Elize is the 'beauty' of the band so much that she does playback. I like Amaranthe but reality is that the only good at shows are the drummer, Olof and Jake.
That's ridiculous. I've seen them live four times. They are all great live. The songs have harmonies and layers of vocals. That's the way they do it. You are judging her based on one song. She sings live and does it well. Get lost.

They have some good songs, but damn no energy on stage whatsoever. Looks like a pop concert lol.
