Pl. Take it as a suggestion. Best wishes
*Is the common connection have to be given for every input & outputs?? *What is the meaning of common here!!this common is like common in relay or not? *In outputs of all controllers why NO&Common are mentioned as outputs??Cuz in a relay logic Common is used as input and NO&NC are used as outputs am I right??
*Yes, for every input & output you have to give com connection. * Yeah we can say like relay, Input side is load, For input - you will connect input device to PLC input terminal,if that input device gives positive voltage, connect 0V in COMMON, If it gives 0V, connect +24V in COMMON. But in Output side, its a switch, Which polarity you give to COMMON that will be switching in PLC output terminal. Ex- if you give +24V to common, you will get +24V in PLC Output terminal NO. (If that output activated in PLC Logic) *yeah PLC output has NO & COM only. But relay has NO,NC,COMMON. Because in PLC Programming software We can do the logic using NO,NC (Highbit, Lowbit) tools. So NO is enough for PLC output
@@UNIKERZTECHNOLOGIES Thank you. Can you show us a demo videos of analog inputs used in PLC, I mean by using a controller how can we change a analogy I/P to digital output!! *Can you do a video for PID controllers with theoretical n Practical explanation??
