The scalability issues with svelte has been completely delth with runes, i am sure once svelte 5 releases, it's gonna take over react... it's always a joy to program in it, svelte reminds my why i first got interested in it...
It’s super fun, there’s only a couple small quirks I don’t like, for example you can’t export a js function from a svelte file easily, and you can’t export multiple components per file. That’s just organizational though anyways so not that big of a deal
Once vue gets vapor mode, the frameworks are essentially identical. Unless svelte seriously does something interesting, its not going to be adopted over vue
Oh boy... Ikea's website is AWFUL (on mobile at least). It's extremely slow and hogs the CPU like nothing else. I'm a bit disappointed to hear that they created this garbage using svelte...
Svelte can be the future
or the present. at my agency we almost exclusively build ui with svelte unless the client dictates otherwise

@@Logan9312 multiple components in a single files issue will be dealt with svelte5 snippet api... it's much much better way of doing that...

That site likely has many issues that go beyond the frontend framework
Yeah usually it’s a bunch of bloatware like tracking pixels and analytics and a whole lot more that slows things to a crawl.
