Kongresszentrum is a station on the Stadtbahn lines S1, S4, S7, S8, S11, S52 and on the Tram line 2. The station opened on December 11, 2021.

3 years old, and already one of the escalators makes you do all the work and refuses service :) These are Gleis 3 & 4 so there is another Kongresszentrum station with Gleis 1 & 2? But there not connected to each other? So transfer is above ground? Like in the station itself if you want to go from 3 to 4?

Gleis numbers 1&2 are still reserved for the old station on the surface, but it's not even in use anymore for general traffic... Oh, and the escalator was only 6 months old when I made the video.😁

Gutes Video! Aber die Rolltreppe nach oben (bei 3:51) ist kaputt. Ich frage sie, ob sie etwas tun können, wenn ich die Rolltreppen nicht benutzen kann, und frage sie: "Wie viele kaputte Rolltreppen werden denn repariert?" Die KVV und Termine: "Darüber reden wir nicht!"

Ja, es macht natürlich keinen guten Eindruck, wenn die Rolltreppe in beiden Richtungen nicht funktioniert und auch kein Hinweis auf Reparaturmaßnahmen zu sehen ist...
