A huge THANK YOU to JR for allowing us to watch what is surely an uncomfortable procedure. I for one am incredibly grateful. It really will be so worth it. Enilsa's work and love for clients is unmatched. The extraction at 12.00 was golden!!!
Omg, what a mess! Enilsa, you did an amazing job, and thank you Jr. for letting us watch. I am praying for your face to recover well after all those little "surgeries"!
Mr JR, did anyone tell you that not only do you get to have the best esthetician, you get a virtual army as support! We come at no extra charge. I saw your eye water, but you seemed to be tolerating the procedure. You will do beautifully. Enilsa, thank you! You have been GREATLY missed!💖💖💖

Dear Enilsa, I'm so happy to see a new video. I was so worried for you and I've kept you in my prayers during all these months of silence. Today I looked again at all your community pages to see if there was any news about you. And there was nothing. So, seeing this video is a huge relief! Hi Enilsa! I"ve missed you and your videos. It's so nice to have you back. Hope you are doing well. Mr. JR, thanks for sharing your procedure with us. You are with the best.
With these cystic lesions it’s normal to numb the area with lidocaine to remove the sac and possibly even a small liquid stitch. I’m absolutely shocked he tolerated this at all. He’s older as well so you really wanna close anything gaping as to prevent infection and help the healing process. I’m just mind blown that this was handled like this.
Enilsa you get the best clients. JR sounds so nice right from “ Hello Everybody”. Soon as I saw your notification, could not wait to watch, happy you are back and feeling better. Thanks JR for taking us on your journey, you are going to love the outcome. JR you did great for first time. Sorry so long with me editing, you are right JR, time and patience or Derm would cut and stitch all over, I would choose this way too, just will take longer, but I think better outcome.
That small area was plenty of work but you did great and it looks so much better! Wishing the best for this sweet man and hope he'll be able to return soon!
I get why he chose to go to Enlisa. “Small incision with a blade” sounds worse than “small poke with a needle”. But the dermatologist would’ve used a local anesthetic and the whole procedure would’ve been a lot less painful and uncomfortable for him. And she ended up having to make small incisions to be able to get the sacks out. This is the first time that I cringed watching one of her videos and also felt sorry for the patient.
I totally agree, except that this is a consistent thing I've noticed with her. When she says "I'm not a derm," it by default indicates that she should NOT be performing procedures which would otherwise require local anesthesia, use of surgical instruments, and/or cause wounds beyond the superficial layer of the skin. I feel that a lot of esthetician's are pressing the envelope on what they should and shouldn't be doing. Just because they use a non-surgical tool to do a removal does not mean the procedure is not medical/surgical in nature. Saying "I won't cut," doesn't mean she can use other "methods" to open the skin. Using a beveled needle to slice the skin, which is STILL cutting the skin, or "streching,"is creating an open wound. If you can't remove it with the tools you've been licensed to use, for the purpose in which they are intended, you should not proceed with the procedure. Cysts are not zits; needles are not scapels; she is not a dermatologist. Furthermore, if the dermatologist denied him treatment, there may be a valid medical, not esthetic reason, for doing so.
@@amandaforeman7441You do realize he had to see the Dermatologist in their office and then give Enilsa consent to work on the patient in the manner she did. Yes many people are pushing what should be allowed but each state has their own allowances, limits, etc. I live in CA and we are much stricter than most states. She would not be able to do the same procedure here. However Texas is more lenient and allows things a bit more invasive.
Yaaaaaaaaaassss! ENILSA!!!! You did so good on that spot even just that little bit helped him so much! You are a step UP to a derm! Good luck JR! God put you in the best care possible with Enilsa! 🥰

Oh, Enilsa, I bet your heart was going pitter patter whenever you saw his face! I was excited! I’m so excited that you’re going to be helping him. He needs the best and you are the best!
This was a painful bloody mess and a dermatologist should have been involved. He’s got open wounds on his face and the sacs still in the skin. But she makes so much money from these videos. K could have been cured with Accutane within a year. Yes he’d have dry skin as a side effect but better than years of torture on the poor kids face. Her viewers are like a cult! Seniors skin is so delicate and bruises so easily and he should have antibiotics. Her treatments probably cost $100 max but she makes tens of thousands on one video with millions of views. I hope this man never comes back. I can’t imagine the pain he was in. Open your eyes!
Yea I just can't the noise and focusing. I'm still super glad they posted but this is my zen each night when stressed i just couldn't tonight. But glad all is well

This man is in the right place! His skin will look much better and your extractions may prevent some cyst infections. You are so gentle and I love how you stop extracting when the skin gets swollen. Some extractions on other channels look positively brutal! So happy to see you back. I hope you are feeling great.
You did an amazing job! This client is so kind and patient with your work and I know he appreciates everything you’re doing. After just one session, you made a world of difference. That large bump/cyst right at his eye was driving me crazy until you finally got that pop and released some of the pressure. It looked like it might start to hurt his vision if not treated soon. Not sure if that was just an inflamed pore or a cyst but it looks better already!

Wow! Thats a big change in his skin with just that bit of work . Cant wait to see the end results! Hes going to be so happy.
I love how Enilsa takes her time and “loves that skin”! I feel like this will be a journey in witnessing the healing of his skin like we got to witness in our sweet Daryl. RIP sweet friend!❤
You are so good .. I love how gentle you are and you make sure all the contents are cleaned out ❤
So so wonderful to see you and your amazing client! Thank you for sharing.
So happy to see you post. Prayers are with, Enilsa. JR, I feel your frustration. I grit my teeth for every lesion you are getting treatment for. Thank you for letting Enilsa post your treatment.
Golly Goodness you have come back with a BANG, I never expected to see so many cysts on face like this. It’s wonderful to see you posting again. I hope we don’t have to wait to long for next treatment. 🤗
Welcome JR! Thanks for sharing.
Yessss! She is back.
Aww I love him! She always gets the best clients ❤❤
This man is in the right place! His skin will look much better and your extractions may prevent some cyst infections. You are so gentle and I love how you stop extracting when the skin gets swollen. Some extractions on other channels look positively brutal!
So happy to see you back. I hope you are feeling great.
The area you worked already looks so much better! Can’t wait to go this journey with you and JR😊
I was so worried about you! I'm so glad you're back!
Good to see you and a new video Prayers and hugs sent for a safe successful surgery and speedy recovery Enilsa. You’re a treasure Great video 🙏✝️🥰
