    Good posture could be characterized by having our spine perfectly aligned to withstand the pull of gravity, which affects our energy expenditure, hormone production, quality of life and homeostasis.
    Poor posture is the culprit behind a variety of conditions including, ankle, knee, shoulder, hip, back pain, cervical pain, and headaches.
    Misaligned bones increases the wear and tear of all joints which can lead to weakened ligaments, cartilages, and inflammation.
    Strength Coach Brian Klepacki shows you how to do these 4 posture exercises to fix your ugly posture using nothing but a wall.
    Easily add these into your workouts, do them for 2-3 sets and keep the reps relatively high, around 10-15 reps or hold positions for 20-30s. Going fast with these isn't recommended.

      when i do these exercises my chest is looking uneven. Right pec looks bigger than my left.
      Help!

    Thank you so much for this content. I have applied the mobility exercises, that are starting to help tremendously. Everyone can benefit from these posture exercises. Especially in this day and age when we are always looking at our phones .

    Wow these are ptrtty dam good , I hav e a long way to go , i ahve had a neck issues for almost a year and my lack of mobility shows when trying to do these stretches

      You'd be surprised, if you're consistent with this you can make some substantial progress in only a few weeks!

    Thank you for this video. With your 4th exercise: don't you think it might help to make the exercise more beneficial if you used a dowel or broomstick to help keep the lower back, upper back and the back of the head in contact with dowel/broomstick? To keep the back more strait while bending forward.

    i can't do wall angles or wall slides my elbows coming out .

    Oh man, I'm in trouble, I can't even get my elbows to the wall on any of these exercises. Hoping daily practice will get me there. I do have some old shoulder problems but they shouldn't be the issue, I'm thinking its because of my back alignment issues. Thank you for creating this video.

      Just keep working at it and don't give up. It will take time to unravel and lifetimes worth of posture issues.

      @@Criticalbench I'm pretty hard core at it now too, my "standing desk" is now just me standing up against the wall in a "corrective posture" stance haha. You wouldn't here this too often but I'm using these exercises to round my voice out for singing as well other more obvious reasons and I'm already noticing dramatic changes in my voice! Peace out!

    Ok... so for your wall angel (facing the wall) how would you modify that for women who has large busts?

    For the wall angels what if your elbows can’t touch the wall and you cannot flatten the forearms against the wall? Does that just mean my posture is very, very bad?

      This indicates that your posture you use some improvement 😊
      If you work at this consistently, you will find that you will be able to eventually flatten your forearms against the wall.

    How to reduce breast size? If you suggest few exercises.

      For men? I’d say focus on lower pec. Do dips and decline cable cross overs

    How many of those am I supposed to do?Just one "set"? Can/should I do them daily or will that be too much? And when you ay "you will see improvement quickly" does that mean days, weeks, months or years? Just asking out of curiosity because I am well aware that everyone is individual with their issues and the grade they need correction for, but I am ere because I tried to better my life and picked up running, now I get lower back pain from bad posture and can't run, even if I want to, which sucks because I currently have the motivation to do so but backpain keeps me from it, and pain is something you shouldn't push through. :S

      These exercises are pretty mild. You could do 3 sets of these twice I day with little problems for maximum effectiveness. This also depends on your current situation though.
      "Quickly" is a relative term. If you are consistent and put in double sessions you will see results quicker than if you went half in and are inconsistent. You will be rewarded by the level of effort you put in. I hope this helps, stay blessed.

      You can't only focus on the result but the ritual of making the result possible is going to be key in maintaining good posture. The journey and routine is just as important as the result.💪
