Blimey Middlesbrough is not even too bad. There's some nice areas around there especially Nunthorpe, Ormesby, Stainton and Thornton, Hemlington and Coulby Newham. Always the negatives than any positives gives an unfair representation

I commend the optimism, but "levelling up" has never happened. It would be nice if you'd used the correct spelling of Middlesbrough.
