My little boy loves Hot Wheel cars (we got him some of the buildings but he preferred to just race the cars around our dining table!) Other games we have: rubiks race, rapidough, frustration, guess who, jenga, shut the box (good for maths!) Tenzi, loads of different Top Trumps
We're definitely a huge lego family from kids to adults, to grandparents!
