so I've done the cleaning before and it worked for a bit, but have now ordered and received my new cartridge. The problem is that now the cartridge isn't moving into position so I can remove the ink and replace the cartridge. I've tried with the printer on and off. Thoughts??
Thank you so much! It is that easy! I purchased it yesterday from Amazon, popped the new one in, the printer did a 4 minute cycle and I good to go! Back to printing on my 12 yr old printer. I am 50 yrs old and this is my first time doing something like this! Didn't need to go out and buy a new printer. You rock!

what is the actual part number and description of the cartridge carrier and where or how on amazon can I find said part to order it.many thanks great video if I could just get the carrier out that would be good thing !!

I still get the B200 error without the print head installed so I think the B200 also relates to some other problem.
