Cindy, if your back is really hurting be careful if you "cough". Seriously. I hurt my back one day doing gardening and a lot of lifting...the next day I was reaching in a cabinet and I coughed on time and my back was not ready. I almost blew out every place a person could get a hernia! My abs fortuntely absorbed the blow! If you think you are going to cough go into a crunch position and your back will be less open to injury. i love you. Great reading and take care.
