the flame on the gas burners is very low, it cooks very slowly, do you know any way i could make the flames bigger or higher, the knob is already on high.

if you mean to use both grill and oven, yes it is. if you use the burners, all burners should be ok, but just in case check if you can. but the oven/grill may have less power as a result

Aki naona zote ni 50 50.. coz gas might be expensive but takes a shorter time to cook..on the other hand electricity may seem cheap but the oven takes a longer time to cook .. so i feel both kinda balance on the advantages and disadvantages.

Steak you can use the one that shows grill type of fire.
Baking use the upper and lower setting

For most gas cookers. Temperature is not written. So best thing is to use an external thermometer
