Bro. This was amazing information thank you sir
Definitely worth the wait Great Tutorial!!!!🌟👌🏼🙏🏼👍🏼
Thank you Fidel. Thank you for the reminder. It totally slipped my mind. Appreciate that my friend. Did you check out that stream box? Sick right?
Thank you for sharing. You are amazing.
Thank you for the good content! I have a question. The angle of the hat hoop of the machine I use is only 270mm on the x-axis, is it the same as you explained?😮
This was a great video Thank you
I hv the PE 800 and thk you for all that you give 🙏🏽. I was really hoping u were going to show us how to stitch on the back🤦🏽♀️maybe that will be next 🙏🏽
Next vid. How to digitize designs specifically for hats. Need to learn that bottom up inside out
Unfortunately i will not be doing any more digitizing video because no one watches them when I post them and they tank my TH-cam numbers. The reality is that digitizing takes a long time and even though I enjoy the process it is long and boring to most. Those videos unfortunately do not perform well on my channel I’ve done 4 or 5 of them on request and they all did terrible.
@@adubbproductions understood
I agree , not many people have the patience to digitize!
I have a problem with my retainer clip/clips hitting the rollers on the cap driver if I try to center a design on the side panels. Do do you have a video on hooping and running the hat you are wearing?
Thankyou! Can I used these parameters on ricoma EM1010?
The em-1010 has a smaller embroidery field. You can not go ear to ear
How do I get my ruler to measure inches and not mm??
I'm struggling with getting logos digitized, should I outsource? .... I love your content. Thanks!❤️
If you can’t do it then you have no choice until you get better. Yes. Outsource till you are confident in your abilities but still practice so you can get better. Even still sometimes it’s still worth just outsourcing even if you are capable because you can be producing instead of digitizing. If you are swamped with work outsource and knock out the garments. When things are slow save some money and do it yourself if you can. Email me your image for a digitizing price quote. Adubbproductions@gmail.com
@@adubbproductions I sent one logo to your email, hopefully I sent it correctly. Tell me when or if you've received it. Thank you for the quote in advance.
I wanted to ask you I’m embroidering on some scrub tops and like a cow neck polyester spandex top can you please tell me how far down I should go down please I’d appreciate it
If you are going for left chest unless specified otherwise you would go directly down the seem of the shoulder four fingers down from the neck line.
what digitized program is the best?
I use Chroma Luxe most of the time but I’ve also own hatch digitizer and brother pe design 10. The best is relative. I’ve produced great quality designs from all of the ones I’ve used. I like Chroma Luxe cause it’s easy for me to use and it’s MAC compatible. The interface is simple and me designs come out great. Different people like what they like for different reasons. I is said that most professionals in the industry use e4 which has a hearty 4k price tag. I’ve never used e4 so I can’t tell you if its worth it but it appears to be. Chroma Luxe in my opinion is worth the 2k that it cost, so that’s my recommendation especially if you are a mac user but the best is all based on the individual and what works for you. Use my Ricoma link to get a free trail of chroma luxe to try it out. Ricoma SHOP link

5-1/2 inches from the center of the letter A not from the side of the A. Just like the way you measured the hat?
Yea. Exactly. I threw myself off with that. I should take this video down and do it over. Thanks for catching that.
How do people embroider on the bill of hats???
The embroider you see in the bill is done before the hat it constructed. While the material is flat it’s embroidered on then it is sewn together to make the actual hat.
@@adubbproductions how would i go about getting that done?
Contact a manufacturing facility that makes hats and talk to them about what you would like done. You will most likely need your artwork so make sure you have that prepared in advanced so make the process go easier.
