THIS LOOKS YUM and I want to try making it!!! But can I replace molasses for glucose syrup and dark choco chunks to dark choco chips? Will milk chocolate chunks make a difference? Thanks in advance!

Interesting tip for the Mollases but I have a better one. Use scales and measure in grams, not cups. You not only get more accurate measurements but you can pour the Mollases straight from the jar and save all the drama altogether :) Just a thought :)
recipe sounds good, but.... why not give a weight measure for flour? You weighed it on screen, telling us how important the amount is, and then you give cups and tablespoons?
