This cookie is truly tasty. Made these a few times, now I always have crystalized ginger on hand.

Ginger ginger and ginger you had me at the 1st ginger. I’m obsessed now with these 3 gingers. I’m going to make these this week to add to my cookie assortment I already made. Thank you for a very ginger cookie recipe. 👏👏👏👏

THIS LOOKS YUM and I want to try making it!!! But can I replace molasses for glucose syrup and dark choco chunks to dark choco chips? Will milk chocolate chunks make a difference? Thanks in advance!

Where do those lightweight bowls come from (dry ingredients)? Always wanted them.

Not sure if it is the exact same one, but it is similar, and comes in sizes ranging from 0.75 quart to 20 quarts.
Prices are good too, from ¢99 to $6.69.
This 4 quart one goes for $1.79.

Interesting tip for the Mollases but I have a better one. Use scales and measure in grams, not cups. You not only get more accurate measurements but you can pour the Mollases straight from the jar and save all the drama altogether :)
    Just a thought :)

recipe sounds good, but.... why not give a weight measure for flour? You weighed it on screen, telling us how important the amount is, and then you give cups and tablespoons?

The weight for flour is in the recipe on their website. Follow the link.
