Thank you for sharing a wonderful recipe. Tried it. Came out well. But a word of caution while making pulkas. Recent study shows there is a raise in number of cancer patients due to making pulkas. When we put the rolled chapatis directly on the flame which is a combination of many gases, all poisonous gases go directly to the food. Hence I have stopped making pulkas on flame. Please watch many youtube videos which support my statement. It’s one of the serious issues, here in US. Lets go to the roots and follow old, safe practices what our grandmother used to. Let’s stay healthy.
