Doing this kinda bridges is not necessary, you could became a singer without doing this. I also discourage myself sometimes, but it's not ok, and when I realize, I stop. Don't discourage yourself :))

It’s really difficult to do, I struggled with it for like multiple hours cuz of something I was born with.
I’ve done it more than 5 times I guess I’m one of those people. I’m so happy.
It’s very hard it took me a couple of tries and I do competitive vocal-!
