Very good looking competition form, folks should ponder why none the masters or grand masters perform any of these forms ( 24, 32, 42, 48, 56 ..) Personally i feel better when i do the traditional laoja and xinja yilu and erlu. At least those are passed down from generations and generations...and not cooked up by politicians and bureaucrats.
Shouldn't be any flavours in Lao Jia. You might hae seen vids on Xin Jia, it looks like Lao Jia with "extra" movemnts. And just in case you didn;t know, this is a competition routine. If you are starting out, it may be better to start with Lao Jia Yi Lu. Hey Yang Luchan learned it and created Yang Taiji from it! :)

This is a very nicely done form. Clean and clear without the additional 'flavours' that can be confusing for some of us beginners.
好看。現在學的是陳氏老架，可能老架的緩慢對打基礎的人來說還是適合的吧。根基立穩，練熟了再來練這個版本。
老架一路是根基架，其它如老架二路和新架一二路等套路都是在這個基礎上衍伸的。至於視頻中這個是競賽套路，很多動作為了表演美觀都有微調美化過，所以和傳統套路的動作會有些微差異。如果沒有比賽需求，其實不建議練這個套路，會影響你原本的傳統套路動作.....

@gomars0419 你可能蹲太低，或姿勢不對，低架子是功力高了以後才練低的。不要一開始就要求很高。可能你老師比較清楚你的狀況，跟他問清楚吧。會痛一定不要再打了，會傷身。問清楚知道怎麼做再練
