Made porcelain dolls in my day & I can really appreciate the workmanship in these dolls & how lifelike they are but I could never live with a baby who never wakes up. Just too creepy!

I prefer newborn dolls to be sleeping. That is what they spend the majority of their time doing when they are born in reality.

Awwwwww watching this reminds me of my sweet baby boy who was born sleeping if only I could have given you my last breath so you could have taken ur first I remember the wriggle in my tummy the movements and smiles on the sonograms I never thought I'd walk in to the hospital with you in my womb and walk out empty handed I remember when I gave birth holding you close to my heart to smell ur skin and let tears fall upon you now all I have is your little urn and foot prints along with ur death certificate but I know the angels know what they have and that heaven is treating you Wright until mommy and daddy get there until the day God calls me home I will have to wait patiently for now my sweet boy

Very realistic. Forgive my ignorance but I have to ask, was that "chest piece" a separate part of the doll? Why is it not attached?
I can explain, the doll is made out of cloth and vinyl, and is not a full body, full body babies usually are more expensive then a baby with a belly plate. :)
And real vinyl babies are VERY rare, normally there are only full body silicones.

@@brendatajik6150 i'm a bit late but yeah, to make it look more realistic. some people prefer cloth bodied dolls but others would prefer a belly plate as they do not have the money to but a full silicone doll :)

What is a reborn doll?: They are hand painted dolls to mimic a Toddler or a newborn child.
What's reborn dolls for?: They are for grieving parent/Parents, Greiving child who lost a younger sibling, They are for dementia, Anxiety, Deppresion, Autisim, ADHD ECT.
Where to buy reborn dolls?: Amazon, Etsy, Ebay ect.
And you just don't have to be an adult to play with them. Kids play with these dolls too.
It's perfectly normal for anyone to play/Nurse with reborn dolls.
And if you think nursing them are wrong, Then I'm sorry. But go.
