Hey! A comment on the jitter, in procreate.
You can change that by changing the streamline option. Theres also other smoothing settings in procreate you can use that assist with that jitter. Without it? It’s hard to get smooth lines.
Just putting that out there. I don’t think it’s a pen or screen protector issue. It’s just settings in procreate! 👍🏻

You are 100% correct. Adjusting small amounts of stabilization in the preferences instantly took care of this. Thank you!

Would you mind giving a little update on this, and let us know if you've seen any issues with pen wear?
This TH-camr had issues with both of his metal nibs wearing down, each within two weeks, and actually marking the protector surface.

In general, I enjoy your content, but on this one I'm torn between the most engaging segment: 1) watching you fumble with applying the screen protector, or 2) watching your scribble silently for 10 minutes with your reverse-monkey-grip obscuring the screen. 🙂

Yeah, there is no bubbles with this screen protector. It’s applied magnetically. There is also no “sealing” of the screen protector. It absolutely WILL NOT seal. It’s removable. Which is where I had the most issues. It trapped hair, dust, etc., underneath it and ultimately made it unusable to me. As well as the gap between the protector and the screen itself. I returned it after only using it for one day it was so terrible.

I've personally been using the PenTips Matte screen protector & Ink'd pen tip combo. Very similar to this. It made me actually want to use the Apple Pencil, rather than simply tolerating using the Pencil.
I should note, I've tried the Paperlike screen protector, and quite simply: it sucks. The material wears out super quick, and the feeling of writing just isn't even that better compared to writing on the bare glass. Paperlike is very good in their marketing...

Hi Brandon, I'm writing to ask about something that happened at 10:14 in this video.
But first, I your videos and just subscribed to your newsletter. And I really love that you, like me are left-handed. I've been intrigued by the reMarkable 2 because of the issues left-handers have with smudging using pen/pencil/paper...
At 10:14 it looks like your hand accidentally tripped something that unexpectedly exited you from the document you were working on, even though you are in left-handed mode. Does that happen a lot? Is it possible to move that little x button over to the right side, too?

I really want an e-ink tab but I know I am terrible with any friction around sync/transfer and need seamless integration in my ecosystem for notes... so alas I am looking at the iPad (or alternative). But I was quite surprised how poor I found the writing experience with iPad so far. The Surface Pro was noticeably better. Even potentially a Samsung. But all the reviews lead me to iPad.
Have you tried a whole range of different pens with the iPad? I have heard non-Apple pens can work?

Do you know any product like this for Samsung tablets? Like a generic paperlike or something that can fit a 10.3 inch tablet

Definitely. Used it and loved it for many years, but others on my team can’t see that in real-time.
