Hey Uncle Ben, there's an environmentally friendly product called "the water cleanser" which works really well with keeping ponds and pools free of algae and it's also fish and frog friendly.

Poor snake. Rip to the little guy and big thanks to Uncle Ben for trying to rehabilitate the snake after he was run over and giving him a safe place to live for his final weeks.
He just couldn't stay out of trouble. Some animals are like that.
To be entirely fair, Darwin was coming for that snake. His genes were making bad choices XD
it's entirely possible that he died of complications after being run over. some animals can really last a stupid long while with unbelievable injuries. Though, considering the amount of viscera hanging from the poor guys mouth after he got hit, I'm surprised he lasted longer than a day.
It really sucks how prone animals are to making stupid decisions that result in their death

there's a video of some ratite (ostrich I think) that got its neck stuck in between a pole and a hard place that couldn't figure out what to do so it just kept yanking and eventually it literally tore its own head off. After seeing that I get so scared when Kevin is sticking his head through the fence to attack Uncle Ben. Sometimes their stupidity is hilarious but it can be very tragic.
@@Scroolewse seen that same one. An Ostrich got its head stuck in between the locking bar and the door to the pen. Kevin will be fine as long as he doesn't jam his head in between a fence and a wall.

Hey there Ben, I just moved to Waco for a field biologist position and I'd just like to say that I really admire all the work you're doing for these animals, all while taking 100+ degree weather into account. I wake up super early just to avoid the bulk of the daily heat, otherwise there is absolutely no way I could function! Hang in there, my guy.

I almost shat myself when I saw him since I‘m really scared of spiders but I‘ll admit he’s a cool gentleman. I just hope he stays as far away from me as possible
@@deadbunnys I get that. A lot of people have a phobia of spiders. I did, too, when I was younger. But it were tarantulas that helped me to overcome it. One day I stumbled upon a picture of a Caribena versicolor. It's the most beautiful species in my opinion and I was floored at how colored they can be. It got me into researching them and my initial curiosity turned into interest and then turned into passion. By now I've kept about 35 species myself. It was also the first time I touched a spider when I bought one for myself. Now I am not afraid anymore. Later, during my studies I wrote my bachelor thesis about the correlation between knowledge and fear and it turned out that it has a positive effect. If you are scared of something: research it. Make it known to you and it will become less scary.

For science and stuff.
Their diet mostly consists of vegetables and hay so it really doesn't smell like all that much, very similar to guinea pigs. It's mostly hay when it comes out the first time hence why they eat it again, it sounds really gross but you have to remember it's nothing like our's because they're vegan basically.

this video and the tommyinnit one are what introduced me to urban rescue ranch and im so so glad that happened. I've been binging the episodes in chronological order ever since uncle farmer dad ben made the comment about it here because i thought it would be funny to know what the heck this guy's talkin about with his crack house lore, and ended up finding my favorite anime of all time ever probably. the poppy arc is my favorite, so many twists and turns and recurring themes. genuinely though, it calms me down and just makes me so happy whenever i need a little happiness boost. thanks UK interns for visiting this guy, and thanks Ben for having these lads as interns.
