My review of the case at appears to well build; however, from all the hardware, it would be heavy to carry. It would be interesting to find out how much the hardware weight. I would also like to see a pocket that gives a little more space to put items in them without being tied. I’m so happy you did do the review. Thank you

Violin cases sure look boring. Why should a $850 case look like a $50 case? To deter thieves?
I like that it has room for a shoulder rest. Mine doesn’t.
Negri cases are hand crafted with fine materials. I like the attention to detail with the case!
