Bro, of everyone I've seen so far, you were the best at web swinging, you use all the mechanics in a fluid and satisfying way, in other videos people seem to forget that Miles has the venom dash and venom jump, the dodges are also not used, they don't even use his tricks

To be fair, tricks don't actually change swinging in any way, the only thing they do is if you have that one upgrade, they make you recharge spider dash and jump faster. I think corner tethers are the thing here that stands out the most. Even I forget to use those a lot of the time, and they make swinging feel SO much better when I remember

this is one of the only pro web-swinging videos that i'd actually call as such. minimum use of the wings, actually showed swing assist on 0, and using many mechanics. 10/10
this video in particular was such a great showcase of the web swinging mechanics. its really skillful now that you as a player are able to maintain your height with this massive skyscrapers but also having a crap ton of speed with every swing and glide

You have so much style when you swing. The loops, the spins, even stopping a bit of crime on the way. So many other videos have spiderman swing headfirst into buildings and realistically they would go splat but you're very intelligent in your pathing. Exceptional video.

I enjoy 0 swing assistance but not having the floor repellant means that a lot of the time, I'm swinging super fluidly and having a great time and then I just barely brush the floor and lose literally all of it. I've started playing on like 1-3 swinging assistance because those keep most of the physics based, but just add back in the floor magnet
If they let you run with the web to continue the swing or some kind of surf jump like how you do on water that'd be nice

Do you think tournaments could be made for this? It seems like there is such a high skill ceiling and room for creativity that you could have tournaments where players have to go through a planned route and are given points based on tricks, creativity, and maybe speed with an emphasis on creativity. I could see insomniac creating a mode for this that actually gives you points depending on how well you do.

you are so far the best person i have seen for swinging.
however I find that you use the same technical diagram too often, for example you dash then always do a figure down then left...
what I mean is that your gameplay is dynamic but makes it more Diverse whether it's in the way you take a turn or other you also don't use the different figure of miles while there are others otherwise other than that you're good keep going

Perfect way to use it
I can suspend disbelief in pendulum physics enough for most of the web swinging but seeing someone do the loop off the side of a building without touching the ground or hitting the wall is just too much. I you do your thing and thought “this guy gets it”.
