I bought one of these I paid a extra $40 for the rarer powder blue colour , long story short the bloody paint started to peel , after much back & forth emails I got a replacement but was told the blue was no longer available . I said thats fine then when it arrived it was the blue one ??? that was no longer available , same thing after a while paint started peeling and they would not replace it as they said it was no longer under warranty because they class the replacement as being the age of the first one bought not a year or so younger when I actually got the 2nd one , and they only used that excuse after they made out they had no record of me getting a replacement ( until I found the emails ) then they said it was'nt under warranty anymore. Delonghi is cheap shit , knocked together in china that is riding on a name , I would'nt buy another delonghi product ever again. Have'nt watched your video yet but hope you have better luck than I did.

Nice kettle, I bought this kettle as I usually forget that I am boiling water in the stove often, the Delonghi kettle boiled water and keep boiling for sometimes when it reaches the boiling temperature, the plastic handle helps as its not hot to lift the hot kettle, I don't like to use plastic for cooking or boiling worried of the chemical reaction
