God is holy and without Holiness we can't come near him always remember that's why only we could go to heaven . Exactly learn to say no. flee youthful temptation.

He reminded me of one of Richard Wurmbrand's sermons, he was really bothered by what his wife said one day, when he arrived at home, he got some rest, thinking he'll discuss it with her when he'll wake up. When he woke up, they had some guests. When the guests left, by the time he went to bed at night he have already forgotten about it. When temptation comes just say no and wait on it, it'll surely go away.

I think because it's a fleshly lust, we can flee from it by seeking God's presence, i remember this verse when paul says to be present with The Lord is to be absent from the body, i think that either means dying, or saying no to the lusts of the flesh that is currently urging you, then seek the presence of God through prayer, or walk in the spirit. Fasting is also a good way of saying no, a form of self-denial. We've got so trained to say yes to our appetites, that when our body says "I want sexual gratification!" and it's just there. When young people actually develope the habit of fasting it makes it a lot easier to say no to these bodily appetites.
