What are Finger Limes (also known as lime caviar)?

If you love to add a unique twist to your favorite recipes, then you have to try Finger limes!
These are sometimes called lime or citrus caviar because of what the fruit looks like on the inside. Each Finger lime is filled with a lot of tiny bubbles that add a bright, refreshing layer to any dish. They’re wonderful with seafood, cocktails, guacamole and even dessert.
