upon moving from himachal to mumbai, i encountered lot of difficulties with hard water that caused my hair to fall out. to address this issue, i implemented a new hair care regimen that involved taking epsom salt baths, using littlextra's coconion hair oil twice a week with a five-minute deep massage, and rinsing it off with coconion shampo in the morning. i also made dietary changes by increasing my intake of protein-rich foods and incorporated yoga into my routine to enhance blood circulation. as a result of these modifications, my hair fall has returned to normal, and i now feel more confident when spending time with my friends.
