R151 DEBUT ON NSL Today 25th May 2024 1st Day Of Revenue Service. Tomorrow More R151 from EWL To NSL Already. C151C re-Debut on EWL Maybe Tomorrow onwards.
As at 25 May 2024, the story has changed COMPLETELY! The R151 ACTUALLY made its debut on NSL on this day, with the first trainset being 839/840! On the same day, 801/802 also made its debut on EWL as well!
I have a feeling that the R151s would only be on NSL perhaps between February, March or April 2024, with the 1st set being 1 of the newly delivered sets (837/838, 839/840, 841/842, 843/844 etc.)
Actually the reason is LTA said its early 2024, since LTA placed that date, SMRT cannot debut it earlier than early 2024, which is why 807/808 and 813/814 have been testing for a little bit too long. Trust me, once its 2024, we will see some R151 start to run on NSL
@@SG1695Breppy_EpicTrainsSpotter the early 2024 date was also the updated timing, since in a certain Linkedin pic it said "launched for mainline service by June 2023 and slowly introduced to NSL by early 2024"
Why smrt choose not to debut 705/706 , 707/708 & 709/710 on the east west line? Since it is too sticky to nsl. It should just debut ewl better. The 3 KSFC in ewl in exchange for some KHI or sie trains since ewl always claim to have not enough trains.
What is the reason SMRT is not deploying all the C151C on East West Line / Changi Airport Shuttle . ? shouldnt the C151C be a priority for the East West Line instead as the North South line too many KSF!
Think about it: EWL has a higher capacity of non-KSF trains compared to NSL, whereas NSL has a higher capacity of KSF trains compared to EWL, and with the non-KSF trains due for retirement, EWL does not have enough trains to relieve its crowds, especially during peak hours. That is why the R151s are only in service on the EWL. Putting R151s onto the NSL is not so much of a priority as NSL only has a handful of non-KSF trains.
The reasoning is wrong😂. If u ask the smrt staff, theyll be honest. They told me that it is the train demand as nsl has a lot of trains but ewl has not much and they will debut next year

R151 839/840 2nd Day of daytime testing Maybe it will Debut on NSL Tomorrow what do you think.
We will be progressively deploying the R151 trains from next year onwards on the North-South Line.
Smrt lying is it? Why still no R151 on NSL? Why test on EWL wheres they can use the ksf a & c on the EWL.

Incorrect. The sets are 801/802 - 997/998 (excluding 899/900, that set will be non-existent), and 151/152 - 165/166

In a nutshell, nsl only has a handful of non ksf so it shouldn’t be a priority to roll them out on the nsl.
But it can roll out some C151C or KSFs on the EWL too
What is the reason SMRT is not deploying all the C151C on East West Line / Changi Airport Shuttle . ? shouldnt the C151C be a priority for the East West Line instead as the North South line too many KSF!
813/814 stuck at BSD so it likely debut on NSL
Best Train Trios KHI,KNS and SIE, KSFABC
huh how you know r151 until 1011/1012, insider info is it

R151 will debut NSL very soon before ends of March
Are you sure?

Some KSF have to be shifted to the EWL for the R151 to be on NSL
@@黄恩赐-l9yEspecially KSF A and B, of which there are 35 and 44 active trains, respectively.
@@zimingzhao_6510agree. Smrt also spammed too many KSF on NSL, feel NSL should have mixture of the old fleet as well.
@@黄恩赐-l9y especially it’s c151c the one only debut on nsl .
KSFC also should serve EWL & CGL instead@@junweichoo1980

R151 Debut On NSL Very Soon
The reasoning is wrong😂. If u ask the smrt staff, theyll be honest. They told me that it is the train demand as nsl has a lot of trains but ewl has not much and they will debut next year
Yeah But Another SMRT Staff told me Is Demand and Non-KSF on NSL
And the smrt purposely choose not to debut those KSFC into EWL😂😂
Nsl also too selfish. Chope all KSF trains. Give some to Ewl also , cfm enough for ewl
R151 will debut nsl in 2024 or 2025 hmm
Reason: train demand and lta’s biasness
Exactly
kns AND KHI c751b???
Yes
I just went on r151 on nsl
R151 Debut NSL Coming in 2024
Ye
Title error: u never include the haven’t
AUTOCORRECT
NSL too many KSF, better to move some KSF to EWL as well to be fair
Not 100% by you lol - Somebody leaked the info about the 2 damaged R151s before u did
Ik
Who??
Why can’t new train put driverless train
C151C on NSL For the time-being. Same with R151 on EWL also.
Too many KSF on NSL
Why don't R151 forever on EWL and C151C forever on NSL. Then no more R151 on NSL Same with C151C no more on EWL.
Oi boi boi
R151 somemore transfering from UPD To BSD
All Non-KSF on NSL Better together with C151C
R151 will still stay On EWL
