Yes sir, the last point that you touched was absolutely correct. A person scoring very very low marks, may be just crossing the bare minimum marks in neet, studying from a private medical college will also be putting the tag of being a doctor and once he goes into practice, nobody will question his merit or remember the means by which he got this tag. At that time people will be like both private and govt colleges are equally good and it all depends on the student and his hardwork in college. But same doesn't apply for reserved candidates. They will always be looked down and given taunts that the degree they have got was under the mercy of reservation when the fact is actually that the reserved candidates scored much better than the other guy who was studying from private college. In an MBBS college, no reservation is provided during university exams. A reserved candidate can undoubtedly prove to be a better doctor than his peers who had scored more in their entrance exams. It all depends on the interests, skills and hardwork the student puts in. But reserved candidates are by default subjected to all this discrimination and have to put more efforts just to prove that they are at par with everyone.The cut off for reserved candidates is in no way less even in today's sceniaro. It's just some 20-30 marks less than that of the unreserved candidates. Everyone has whole lot of hatred for caste based reservation but they don't know about the other side of the story that these people have to face.
