    Street Style Mini Bun Kabab
    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
    -Hari mirch (Green chili) 1
    -Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium
    -Cooking oil 1 tbs
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
    -Tikka masala 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
    -Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 2 medium
    -Cooking oil
    -Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled handful
    -Pani (Water)
    -Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs
    -Lemon juice ½ tsp
    -Cooking oil
    -Small buns 8
    -Hari chutney (Green chutney)
    -Pyaz (Onion)
    -Chaat masala
    Directions:
    -Chop onion,green chili,tomato & set aside.
    -On griddle,add cooking oil,cumin seeds and mix
    -Add onion and fry until translucent.
    -Add green chili,tomato and mix well,cover and cook until tomatoes are soft.
    -Add tikka masala and mix well.
    -Add potato and mash well.
    -Add cooking oil and mix well.
    -Add chickpeas and water,mix & mash well.
    -Add water and mix well,cover and cook for 2 minutes.
    -Add lemon juice and mix well.
    -On griddle,add cooking oil and toast the bun.
    -On bun,add potato & chickpea mixture,green chutney,onion,chaat masala and top with another bun (makes 8).
    -Add cooking oil,gain fry bun kabab and serve with tomato ketchup & green chutney.

    Ajza:

    Directions:
    -Pyaz,hari mirch aur tamatar ko chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Tawa per cooking oil aur zeera dal ker mix karein.
    -Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.
    -Hari mirch aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.
    -Tikka masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
    -Cooking oil dal ker mix ker lein.
    -Chanay aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan mix & mash ker lein.
    -Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Lemon juice dal ker mix karein.
    -Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur bun ko toast ker lein.
    -Bun per aloo & chanay ka mixture,hari chutney,pyaz aur chaat masala dal dein aur top bun sa cover ker lein (makes 8).
    -Cooking oil dal dein aur bun kabab ko dubara fry ker lein,tomato ketchup & hari chutney ka saath serve karein.
